Paneer Butter Masala 

Ingredients

Paneer
Butter
Kasuri Methi
Onions
Ginger
Tomatoes

Spices
Chili Powder
Garam Masala
Bayleaf
Cashew Nuts
Curd
[Optional]Cooking Oil

Method

Grind to fine paste:Onion,Ginger and  Cashew nuts

Blanch tomatoes and make a puree.

Heat butter on medium flame add onion paste and bay leaf cook until onions turn brown in color

Add spices and tomato puree cook until raw flavor is gone.

Add Panner and still gently on reduced flame.

Serve hot after garnishing with grated cheese  [or] coriander leaves.
