SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE

INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti
Red Wine
Minced Beef 
Onion
Tomatoe Puree
Whole Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Rosemary
Parmesan Cheese




Boil water and add spaghetti cook until spaghetti is soft  and keep aside.

Pour olive oil in pan when hot add onions ,rosemary and cook until onions are transparent .

Add minced beef and cook until beef is all most brown in color add wine and cook slowly.

Add tomato puree and smashed tomatoes cook until raw flovour of tomatoes goes off.

Serve with spaghetti  and  garnish with grated cheese.
